The upper grill was pulled off the Advantium 120 microwave oven. It looks like it was screwed on. The inner wires, etc. are now exposed and the smaller grill section underneath is also off. Also the black metal plate was left in the oven at 450 and forgotten. By the time it was discovered, the surface was cover by a heavy plastic film. I was able to pry this film off with a knife. These things were done by a hired cleaning person while I was in the hospital. I need to replace the upper grille as well as the black plate. I am afraid to use the plate because it looks as if the original surface has been compromised. I have no idea what to do. Is it possible to order the grille parts and have them reinstalled by a service person? The plate can just be sent because it needs no installation. Please respond on this site because I am deaf and do not hear on the phone. I think this appliance is about 9 years old. Model #SCA1000DBB03 Serial #LF901829K. Thank you. Catherine XXXXX
