GBS307 is the number on the oven and the Use & Care Guide. The oven was installed in 2002.

I see that i typed the number wrong. Also the SN # XXXXX XXXXX

okay I found it. what happened was you thermal fuse blew, these will usually blow in self clean cycle when the oven gets above the temp on the thermostat. you need to order and replace it. this is located on the back of the oven. slide the oven out and unplug it then remove the back panel. heres a link to the part.
