Hi. I'm Smitty. I am a professional appliance repair consultant here to help you diagnose, and repair, your appliance.

The problem is the igniter has failed. This is a common failure. The repair is easy to do.

Please click here to order a new igniter.

Remove the racks from the oven. Undo the screw cap in the middle of the pan. Remove the screws holding the pan in place and remove it.

You wwill see th eigniter there. Two screws and it comes off. Pull the connecting wire of the igniter through the back and disconnect it. Attach new igniter and feed connector through back of oven wall. Install the pan and your ready to go.

Thank you for trusting me with your problems.
