could you hear the fan runing?
some of them are fully frozen like seafood, meets, veggies but liquid stuff like otter pops are ice cream don't freeze

actually the items are getting soft in there now
okay open the freezer.can you see any frost forming at the wall?
no frost nor ice but it is quite cold in there like a fridge on high
if i press on the reset button of teh ice maker, they will fall in teh tray but not automatically.
ok so if the freezer is not that cold then your fridge section will NOT cool as well either.can you pull the fridge forward to just enough to access the compressor?

okay.remove the lowr cover?
there 2 vents at the bottom the freezer one blows out coolish air and teh fridge one warm air
where the vents are?

ok great.now fan you see a fan running next to the compressor?
yes it is running smoothly
now touch the compressor.does it feel warm or hot to touch?
it's very hot
the linoleum under the compressor is brownish too
ok so what would tell me that it is overheating which is basically is a bad compressor?
since it is only 1 1/2 year old do you know if it is still under warranty?
meaning? a new compressor?

I called around and there are no technician servicing samsung appliances around here. any recommendations?
this does not have to be an actual samsung technician in order to fix work on it.any appliance company will work on it
