Sounds like an issue with the control.

Have you tried cancel drain or cancel reset ?

Thats all they show, try to disconnect wire harness from control, wait 30 seconds and reconnect.

I unfortunately have given you all the data that Bosch supplies as far as diagnostic. If it continues I would replace the control or have an authorized servicer take a look. Sometimes this is just how it goes with electronics.

Yeah I think it is faulty control.

To be sure though this one may be good to get a servicer with tech support.

I hate when it goes this way as it sometimes reflects we dont have the exact answer. Some issues are so easy and othere require a meter or further tech support in the home. I feel if you use this service many times you will save in value long term.

Also the rating is based on us as experts not the service itself. So only positive is appreciated. Thank you

Also if you get someone in your home use think I posted earlier as they will be Bosch authorized and have access to tech support and use only OEM parts.
