To unlock the controls, press and hold the CYCLE END SIGNAL for 3 deliberate seconds or until the control lock light goes out

i tried that already. hasnt worked.

the machine opens the cycle finished. it just wont leave that spot. wont shut off nothing

Then one of two things has gone wrong, either the interface control has gone bad, which is likely or the CCU is bad. There is really no testing for which one given your issue, but I would lean towards the interface board given this problem has they had interface issues with the control locking up like that. Here is a link to the parts and they also take them back even after they have been installed so no worries about getting stuck with it.

i appreciate the attempt at help. i mentioned in my form that I was looking for a solution that doesn't require me to taker things apart. i am not capable of that.


I realize there may be no other solution, but I expect not to pay for the service. I was clear about that.
