Hello and thank you for using this service. The E55 means the motor is overheating.This is an odd code. Let it cool down and then reach in and spin the tub. If something is caught inside or the rear bearing is seizing it may be turning hard. This can happen you will just have to see. It could be the motor itself, but try that first and see. Also you can run it through a diagnostic mode to see if everything is function properly.CLICK HERE
