when I push start.

unplug the washer, remove the lower front panel, reach up to the bottom of the door lock and pull down on the release and then plug the washer back in, if you still need me just let me know ,, thanks

Hi Larry,

What can I do to clear the code and have it start? There is nothing wrong
with the door that I can see . I tried to start
the washer and probably pushed the wrong button. (first time I have used
the washer)
