Paste the link in your browser as I said to. A rating of bad service hardly seems fair by the way.

So, what else is needed here?

Customer replied 295 days and 22 hours ago.

Just to straighten things out. You answered our question re: how to get the video by saying you had told us to cut and paste. That isn't so...you said past. I now realize it was a sp. error but without cut in front of the sp. error we were unable to understand what you meant. It made no sense.

Now re: video. It was very clear and informative. However, the water pipe did not match our machine. We were able to take our machine apart anyway. We took it apart at the top and the bottom. The video was helpful in that it did show the concept which put us on the correct path. Sorry that you felt we were unfair about the advise rating but I expected communication that was more clear.

Well, it seems the video got you what you needed in any event. All these units are quite similar in design and a video is the best way to answer an issue like yours. Paste a link is quite explicit nowadays and you could have asked me to clarify it before you left such a lousy rating.
