Hi, thank you for using this service. I will be assisting you with your question today. Yes that would be the water level switch, sometimes the hose from the switch can get clogged up and that will not let it work either, the hose runs from the switch to the tub. If you can give me the model number off of the unit I can give you the part number and one place to order it.

The problem is the model number should have 8 numbers after the 110 your only showing 7. Did you check the model number again?

I'm sorry you just put Canada on there, I would not be able to look up the Canada part # XXXXX your local part dealer can. Check the hose first before replacing the part, take it of and blow through it to make sure its not stopped up broken or came loose.

i am looking at the schematics of the machine- in the manual- and am trying to figure out where that hose is. Are they the inlet hoses, and there are two of them?

No, remove the control panel and remove the front of the machine so you can look at the tub, the water level switch is in the control panel the tubing goes from the switch to the tub.
