Good morning. is this not draining ?
Customer: replied 4 years ago.
correct, it is not draining, I have opened and cleaned the trap, there was a quarter there, the drain line is clear, the impeller spins, it seems loose
Expert:  Bryan replied 4 years ago.
Okay if you found something in the impeller itself most likely the Impeller has stripped on the motor shaft, this is a common occurrence on these models. Even if you didn't find it in the pump itself most likely something else has gone through the pump and stripped the impeller on the motor shaft. If the impeller is loose there is no way to fix that issue other than replace the pump itself. You can order this at the following link, these impellers on these pumps strip very easy. you need to replace the pump. heres the link. thanks and best wishes, Bryan
