I have an older model Jenn Air Convection Oven. I used the self-cleaning mode and now that it is finished and cooled, I cannot move the unlock lever over so I can open the door. All the buttons are on OFF. Help!

no, I'm sorry, but it just says Jenn Air Convection Oven. it is about 20 years old.

okay have you tried shutting the power off for about 1/2 hour and then back on ?

The real problem is I cant even look up diagrams without a model number. does this have a bottom drawer ?

Bryan, I got it unlocked! Finding the manual sure helps. I thought you had to turn the knobs to OFF and then you could unlock it, but you have to do that after you unlock it.
