I have a micro/oven model CMT227S-01 and the micro will not operate as the hinges are broken. Is this part available. Service person said NLA

Does this mean we have to replace the whole double ovens?
What size is the cabinet opening for this model?
Does this mean that the micro will never work and we should get a new oven? If so what size opening do we have?

If the hinges are really bad and you can not use the microwave then you would have to get a new unit. I do not know the exact cut out dimension for your unit, you should check the cut out dimension in your cabinet then bring that into an appliance store to see what you could get.
