english works the best for me ,, tell me why you feel thats the bearing are bad?
the barril turn out center and the machine is saking badley, make noise and the machine stop whit an error message,
Claude
what is the error code its showing
The code is E4,
The load is out of center need to be balance, equilibrium, The machine is allway in this sate since 2 weeks, all I haved donne do not cure the probleme, and still turn out of center and sake badley.
C.
E4 means laundry load is unbalanced; loosen any tangled laundry. For example one item in the machine will lead to unsatisfactory spin and an "E4" error message will be shown ,, replace the supports inside that connect from the tub to the base of the washer and this will fix the problem and you can get it at a local appliance parts dealer near you
Larry,
I Know that I haved to replace a part, but the question is how to opend the machine, to access at his part and replace it. of course I do it my self.
to replace these you will pull the unit out and remove the back and they are held by pins in the top and bottom of each one
the machine is already open, do I have to remove the drum of this frontal machine to acces the support or any other part like the bearin and how to remove the drum from the tank, to replace the part.
you should not have to remove anything, they fit on the outside edge of the drum and to the base of the washer to keep it from moving around like it is
I do not see the point, The Tank is suspended by 3 bigs springs plus a chuck arbsorber under it at the button , all this look to be in a good state and normal.
This I see has no impact on the turning drum inside the tank. By cheking the drum I can feel the not normal movemet from left to right and from up and down.
the shock absorbers is the part and there should be two of them, they can look good and they are not, they are the parts that holds it from moving around like it is and if you only see one then the other one is broken and came off
All the suspension is ok,
by cheking the turn of the drum by nornal cycle a strong noise is comming form the inside and it turn out center that I have to stop the machine, by truning it by hand I have to hold it strait on the axel, if not its fall for a inches 1/12 and has big resistance at a certain point.
does it sound like a jet plane taking off?
Yes and like a big truck whit ratell.
that is the rear bearing and you will have to replace the outer rear drum and center tub seal to fix this, the bearing is part of the rear outer drum, if the washer is less than 5 years old then don't work on it, its in warranty so call samsung and let them send out a service tech to do this for you and replace the parts at no charge, if you do this yourself your be looking at about $700 to $1000 for the parts
