Hello, and thank you for using this service. I'll be helping you with your problem today.

Generally this means that water has gotten on the switches under the burner knobs. It will usually happen if you just cleaned your cooktop or had something boil over. If you just leave the oven unplugged for 24 hours it will dry out and most times begin to work like normal again. If that doesn't seem to cure the problem, then there is a spark switch under one of the knobs that has shorted and will need to be replaced.
