my sub-zero 690 makes ice but then ice seems to melt or extra water gets in the bin. it then freezes into a block and dispensor won't work

sorry to be so long ,,, replace your water inlet valve, its seeping water though it and causing this problem and you can get it at a local appliance parts dealer near you
