I have a Bosch dishwasher SMU3632SK that does not take in water anymore. Everything else seem OK. I can read electrical diagrams if that is needed.Any hints?
Optional Information: Brand: Bosch Type of Appliance: Dishwasher Already Tried: Removed the front panel and started searching for wireing diagram on Internet
There is a Floater inside the tub protecting against overflow. when it is pushed up (by too much water) or stuck by debris, and does not fall down to its inactive position, it can prevent water from filling. make sure there is no debris, and move the floater up and down until it falls down in its normal position.
I can not see the floater. Can you please explain where to find it?
there is a floater inside the tub (shape of a mushroom on right front of the bottom of the tub) that controls the incoming water and protects against overflow.
Experience: 25 years experience
Still can not see it. It is a 20 year old Bosh dishwasher, also called Olympic Star. I will pack up and order a new one. Thank you for the effort.
