Resolved Question:

I have Norcold R621(that is what shows on label - it is reconditioned it may be the N621 model)  that works great on 110. Tried gas and the pilot light will start but it does not continue and then shuts down and gives the F reading on the front. I have blown air all around the pilot light and tried again and nothing. The pilot light will stays light, but the unit will not start on gas then shuts down. Any suggestions, Mark

Hi, Mark. Welcome to JustAnswer.

Sorry I did not reply sooner. I noticed your question as soon as I logged in.

Most times just a good cleaning resolves these problems , but if that didnt work additional diagnostics will be needed.

Below is the troubleshooting flow chart for the F error code. This should point you to the failed component.

You can get parts from most any RV dealerrship.
