HI- have an 11 year old single convection oven- "ECPS130S"- think s/n is VD9491679.
Put through 4 hour self clean yesterday. after cycle, tried to use pure convection, and conv bake and conv broil as well as plain bake and broil. Set the button and adjust temp. Then oven display reads 135, pre heat on--and then no further progress. The conv fan goes on but there is no temp increase in any of the modes, - I do not have the owners manual anylonger for reference-- can you help?
Hello, and thank you for using this service. I'll be helping you with your problem today.

This issue commonly happens after self cleaning because the oven has sensors that are so sensitive and during self clean the oven will get really hot. All you should need to do is open the oven door and turn the circuit breaker off to the oven. There is a vent panel that runs across the door latch assembly above the oven and below the control panel. Remove the screws going into this panel and pull the panel off. Located just behind the door latch assembly is a 1" round silver and black device. This is your high limit thermostat and if you push hard on the red button on this thermostat is should click and reset so that your oven will heat again.
