Your problem is most likely one of the door switches, or the plastic holder for the door switches.
This located behind the touchpad just to the left, after taking top and sides of the microwave.

I have to remove cabinet? How do I confirm the parts are faulty?
Ok if the holder is bad should be broken off or cracked somewhere in plastic not keeping switches in place.
As far as the switches you would use an OHM meter to perform continuity test.

Do I have to remove the cabinet to confirm the switch is working. the holder is not cracked or broken.
Well if you can get the meter leads on the switches you can. Should test one way with door open and different with door closed.
