Ok there is more to the model number, this is the first 3 numbers. You have a bad door latch. If I can get the full model number I can give you the part number you need and how to replace it.
Also removed power from the unit. Did not reset the panel

The part number you will need is W10380262. CLICK HERE To replace open the door and remove the 4 screws from the control panel then close the door and pull the control panel down from the top to get to the latch.
