Open the door and wipe in front of the door at the bottom of the tub , is that location dirty ?

Send me the rest of the model number please.

Customer: replied 4 years ago.
There was a white film across the bottom. There was a small amount, quarter teaspoon, of dirt at each corner. I was able to remove most of the film by wiping with a rag. I was able to remove the dirt with my finger.

There are only 3 digits in the model number, 665

Have you removed the screen under the spray arm to see if debris is on the filter.

Is it noisier than normal ?

Customer: replied 4 years ago.
It is not noiser than normal
Expert:  John replied 4 years ago.

If its not noisier the wash impeller is ok , clean the front of the door and use this product its very good for cleaning build up of soap residue , make sure the hot water is turned on at the tap to get the water as hot as possible before the d/w is turned on .

Im sure its the only problem.

Is it possible that there is a problem with the filtering system that is supposed to remove food particles or with the mehanism that is supposed to grind particles to small, easily removed sizes?
Expert:  John replied 4 years ago.

If the screen is clean and its not noisy the wash impeller and cutting blade is ok as well .

The problem is with the hard water and a build up of soap residue, the Dishwasher magic will clean the residue and make the unit clean much better.
