My Calypso Elite put itself on the Delicate Cycle, and would not cancel out or start. I unplugged it a couple of times, but it keeps doing it. Can you help?

That was the additional number on the back - does that number make sense, or would the model number be somewhere else?

The machine is 10 yrs old, btw.
lift the lid and see if theres a model # XXXXX the back under the lid. that model doesn't come up.

Okay - found it. The model #: 110.22082102; Ser.: CM3002285; Type 170.
do your buttons respond with a beep when you try to change the settings ?

okay that means the keypad is responding but the main control isn't. this is bad because it needs to be replaced and is very expensive. $ 280.00.
