Customer Question

Frigidaire dishwasher model # XXXXX got 123.8 volts to (white and black wires). No lights on the touch pad. Press "start" button, nothing happens.

Already Tried:
Ohm'd out white and black power supply wires, got 123.8 volts. Removed door face, and have touch pad loose.

Hi. Welcome to JustAnswer.

If you have 120 vac coming into the control board and nothing works then the control board will need to be replaced.

To confirm operation of the touch pad have someone press the buttons for you and do a continuity test to the traces of the connector ribbon. You should get continuity on different traces for each button. I know it is a pain in the back side but that is how its done.

When you say do a continuity check with someone pressing the buttons (one at a time), with or without power on?

With the ribbon that goes from the touch pad to the control board disconnected at the control board. No power.
