gst85 :

hi.

gst85 :

will it do the same in every cycle?

Customer :

yes, it comes on, ignites flames up for about a minute and shuts down (the flame). and the process continues about every 10 or 15 minutes.

gst85 :

ok thats what its supposed to do.

gst85 :

have you put a load of clothes in yet ?

Customer :

yes, but its still not heating up enough.

gst85 :

ok have you check the exhaust housing for blockage.

Customer :

hose was unblocked and replaced, tested , failed to heat, then removed completely and still the same sinario.

gst85 :

you have already.replaced the most common parts.the onlything left would be the timer that controls the gas valve themostat flame sensor ect

Customer :

the thermostats were tested and are good, how would one go about testing the timer on the gas valve?

Did you reasemble the dryer or do you have it open?
if you have it open it affects airflow and it wont run right
put it all back together then try it
