Hello, and thank you for using this service. I'll be helping you with your problem today.

If you've cleaned on the clean out and it's still not draining, then your drain pump isn't producing enough pressure to drain the water out. You'll need to take your washer apart and replace the drain pump under the tub which is not an easy task at all unfortunately.

is it just a unplug and plug in fix?

yes, but it's hard to access. Here is what you need to do.

1. Pull the washer forward and remove the bolts coming in from behind the top panel. The top panel will then pull straight back, up, and off. Now unplug the washer if you haven't already.

2. Open the door and pry off the circular buttons with a knife. Then remove the screws under the caps. Now the control panel will pull up and out of the way.

3. Remove the screws going into the front panel from inside the washer

4. Open the door and there is a wire ring around the front rubber door gasket. Pry the wire ring off with a flat head screwdriver. Now the front panel will hinge down and off.

Now you have access to the drain pump and hoses to disconnect the hoses and remove the blockage.
