Have a Bosch Nexxt Premium, about 5 years old. Water is leaking

Resolved Question:

Have a Bosch Nexxt Premium, about 5 years old. Water is leaking from underneath the washer. Can't seem to figure out "when" it happens because it's not consistent (I don't think).

can you tell if its leaking while draining or filling ? have you watched it while it fills and drains to see? how much water is comming out ?
Customer: replied 4 years ago.
I'm pretty sure draining. It's usually about a cup of water, maybe? Not sure of amount.
Expert:  Bryan replied 4 years ago.
okay your pretty sure its when it draining, good. you need to check the pump and hoses inside the machine. also the pressure chamber. if you look at the diagram you can see the drain parts. this is a labor intensive job. you will need to get access to the inside of the machine which means removing the top and the front to access it. do you have the tools and think you can do this?
