Hi, my name isXXXXX am eager to help you solve your appliance problems. There is a plastic trim on the inside of the door. Use a putty knife on the inside edge of the trim, insert it and slowly lift up on the handle and the trim will come loose, start at a corner and work wour way around about every 3 inches. Once the trim is loose you can get to the screws.

Do I do it with the door on or off the unit?
I usually do it without removing the door but it does not matter.
just pry it up? anything gonna snap and break?
if you put the putty knife on the inner edge and slowly lift up on the handle of the putty knife you will feel the clip release and the plastic will come away from the inner door.
