I have a sears Elite Dishwasher Model 665.15919001 and it will

Resolved Question:

I have a sears Elite Dishwasher Model 665.15919001 and it will not turn on. I select "normal wash" and when I depress the start button, 95 flashes once, nothing happens, part of the display LED lights up, and the light indicating it is draining ignites. The washer doesn't even attempt to start the motor. I need an answer which tells me what is wrong and how to fix it.

do any of the buttons beep when you press them to set the wash cycle ?
Customer: replied 4 years ago.
there is no beeping on the panel and no noise from the machine. and the selected light (ex. pots and pans) goes out. Only the "rinse and empty" light is on, and one bar on the time LED is on (upper horizontal bar in right digit).
