HI: are you able to check wiring to see if voltage is present?
Do you have acess and know how to use a voltmeter?
we do have voltage to gomeing in
do you have a black, white , red wire comming in (not comming from cooktop) but from source? and if so, are you getting 240 volts from black to red, and from red to white and black to white, are you getting 120 volts?
I was not able to find your exact model, some Miele cooktops are designed to run at 208 volts and some are designed to run at 240 volts
have you measured any of these voltages comming in?
yes its 240
So you're getting 240 volts going into the cooktop, and no burners come on?
Do you need help troubleshooting the cooktop?
yes i will need help so i cane cook top burners on
Since you're certain you have the proper voltage comming in, but still can not get the cooktop to work, I will opt out in the hops that another expert may be available to help you.
