Does the cooktop still work like normal? Just the oven is heating?

Customer: replied 4 years ago.
The burner is working but I can't light other burners
Expert:  Tyler Z. replied 4 years ago.
ok so the oven works but all the other cooktop burners do not work? How long did you leave the range unplugged for?

Customer: replied 4 years ago.
No the oven doesn't work. There is no power. Usually when you keep turning the controls the piezo goes off. Now it doesn't . The clicking was drivingg us crazy

ok got it. So generally when the unit continues to click and continues to tright lighting the burners, it means that water got on one of the burner switches causing it to think that one of your knobs is turn on even though it's not. Either way, if you just unplug the unit for 24 hours and let it sit, the water will dry out and the switch will almost always start working normally again so the clicking will stop.

What happens if that doesn't work? Where do we eat. Do you provide free pizza?
Expert:  Tyler Z. replied 4 years ago.
obviously we don't provide free pizza, and if it doesn't work then you turn all the burners on at once and see if the clicking stops. If the clicking doesn't stop, then you replace the spark module. If the clicking does stop, then you turn one burner off at a time until it starts clicking again. Which ever burner causes the burners to start clicking again needs the switch replaced on that burner.
