give me a minute to look up your unit
this is usually caused by a malfunction in your latch assembly. Try setting the oven to self clean and see if it will reset.
pressing clean button does nothing
does it beep at all?
do you have a child lock button?
unfortunaly you are having a problem with your door lock it is the most common problem among these units, (especially if you self clean a lot) The only option to repair this is to replace the locking latch assembly.
Do you want a part number?
the blinking started when we never tried to use the oven
The problem is with in the door lock, the door lock has a micro switch on it that will activate the lock relay on the board. you can confirm this by unplugging the unit, removing the rear panel to the oven control board. locate the wires to the lock assembly and unplug them from the control board, then plug the range back in and check for the lock light.
did you want that part number?
no thank you
This is a pretty easy repair, i would suggest getting this repaired as the part is only $100
