I keep wiping up water from the shelves of my Refrigerator. It still works well, but drips water down from the Freezer unit into the frig.

Hi my name isXXXXX can help you with your issue.

Tim Alan :

The drain in the freezer is plugged and frozen, to fix the issue, the drain trough inside the freezer that is behind the rear wall and under the coil needs to be cleared and flushed.

Tim Alan :

Once the drain is clear and the condensate can be properly drained that will solve the water dripping problem.

To access the drain clear out the freezer and remove the rear inside panel and then clear all the ice and then use very hot water to thaw out and clear the drain.
