Hi my name isXXXXX will try and help you. I need some clarification from you, is the unit filling up and not stopping or is the water running out as it is filling?

Ok that sounds like it is being siphoned out somehow. Check your drain hose and make sure it is higher then the water level. The unit would not be pumping it out unless it is spinning as it is filling. So check your actual drain hose first and also what is it draining into? Sometimes when the drain is going to a sump it will suck it out also if the end of the hose is below water level when the sump pump kicks on and drains the water it will siphon it right out.
