hello My ge refregerators temperture is not working. It

hello
My ge refregerator's temperture is not working.
It keeps making sounds and flish lights every seconds.
Now the freezer temperture is -46 and refregerator temperture is -40
How can I get it back right?

Pull the unit away from the wall and listen for the clicking noise down by the compressor and by a small panel with screws all around it. Let me know where the noise is coming from.
