I have an electrolux dryer. When I push start to turn it on

Resolved Question:

I have an electrolux dryer. When I push start to turn it on it makes the noise that it is going to turn on, says drying, then won't start turning to begin and then it turns off. What could the problem be? I was drying a pair of tennis shoes do you think that it is the problem?

Ok great your problem is most likely a broken belt..If you were drying shoes..A common problem is a shoe will get caught between the front or back of the dryer drum ..WHich will cause the motor pulley to rotate on the belt eventually breaking the belt..I'm glad to have answered your question for you..all that i ask in return is that when you use the accept option today please stop by and leave some feedback..Thanks Bob
