Hi,Welcome to Just Answer, My name is XXXXX XXXXX forward to helping you today.

the ice block is it frost buildup inside the freezer behind the panel?
Customer: replied 4 years ago.

on the back of the refrigerator unit; the unit was moved a couple of weeks ago during installation of kitchen tile. We noticed the past few days it wasn't cooling well. We adjusted temp, but the setting is set as cold as it can go. Refrig still not cooling, but freezer seems to be just fine.

so inside the refrigerator section is iced up ?
Customer: replied 4 years ago.

No, Bryan. The inside is not icing up; just the back of the frig.

okay on one of the copper lines from the compressor ?
Customer: replied 4 years ago.

On the back of the frig is a silver/metal bar (which is partially rusted) and the ice is on it.

yes I know what you mean and thats not good, it means when they moved the refrigerator the caused a freon leak. when the freon is low it ices up in the back. its probably a slow leak but will get worse. you need an HVAC tech to find the leak and seal it then recharge the refrigerator. you cant fix this yourself unfortunately. sorry for the bad news. hope this helps though, thanks Bryan
