Hi,Welcome to Just Answer, My name is XXXXX XXXXX forward to helping you today.

the orange means theres to much air in the mixture. as long as the flame doesn't go out your safe. has someone adjusted this lately ?

Bryan, no no one has adjusted it. it was installed in april of 2010 and no one has touched it since. so far it is on but seems to be running cooler than it normally does. its almost like the orange glow of a cigarette tip.
