To Print the Manual and look at page 37 was helpfull but not a qualified answer.
If you cannot put the arrow where it should be what is the next step

Basically all you are doing is placing the two tumblers on either side of the washer. Remove the caps and then take out the "Torx" screw that holds them in place. Once the screw is out you can remove the tumblers.

Please note that there is a left and right side tumbler. They are marked on the under side. Be sure to replace them on the correct side.

The question was the tumbler (agitator) don't lift out wath may be the reason.

If I forcefull pul them out will something brake

They may be difficult to remove. Try wiggling them side to side as you pull up on them.
