My new side by side has developed a problem maintaining constant

This answer was rated:

My new side by side has developed a problem maintaining constant temps in freezer and refrig. Tech replaced a control board but problem still exists. Unit doesn't seem to operate unless I place the the temp slider all way to max cold. Freezer has allowed ice to melt on two ocassions. Temps inside freezer run from -20 to 32 while I cannot get refrig temp lower than 40. Any idea what's wrong. Tech is coming again today.
