whirlpool cabrio washer will not drain replace drain pump and still will not drain any ideas to fix
ive replace drain pump and still not draing
Hello, and thank you for using this service. I'll be helping you with your problem today. You need to check power at the drain pump to see if it's getting 120 volts when it should be draining. If not, then replace the main control board because it's not sending power to the drain pump. If it is, then remove the drain pump and look for blockages again and if you find nothing, replace the drain pump again if you find nothing. On a side note, make sure you rpelace the drain pump and not the recirculation pump since they are right next to each other.
i can feel motor running so its getting power both new motor and old motor are not pushing water
if you believe that to be true, then you have a blockage either between the tub and the pump or in your drain hose. So remove the pump and blow through the drain hose to make sure the drain is clear, if so then you can assume the blockage is between the drain pump and the tub.
