Hi,Welcome to Just Answer, My name is XXXXX XXXXX forward to helping you today.

Do you smell any funny plasticly smell like electrical? Or is it just not heating at all? Does the turntable turn in the clock countdown like it sounds normal?

Customer: replied 4 years ago.
There is no smell or sound. the turn table turns all lights and keys work The clock countdown all works as usual.

Okay so everything seems normal it's just not heating, this means the magnetron has failed which is very common on these microwaves. In order to replace this you would have to take the case off around the microwave itself the metal part of the microwave which means of course you will need to take this down from over the range and settled on your table or some work area, this is kind of a big job if you're not used to working on things like this also you would need to discharge the high-voltage capacitor before even starting the replacement, this is usually best left for a technician, this is also very expensive the magnetron alone is $180.00 but if you wish to repair this yourself here is the link to a you can purchase the part, I hope this is helpful, thanks and best wishes, Bryan
