Hi. I will help you with the washer problem.
Is this a top load washer?
Please send me the model number (just the numbers after the 110 please).
Customer: replied 4 years ago.

Does the drum lean to the left or right and how old is the washer please?
Customer: replied 4 years ago.
The drum leans to whatever position it stopped spining. I bought the house 2.5 years ago and assume the washer was maybe two years old. I have been using it pretty heavily lately though.

Tip the washer back and look at the back. You should see a long spring.
Tell me if its attached to the back frame or hangs loose please.
Customer: replied 4 years ago.

no spring on back of washer

Expert:  John replied 4 years ago.

You should see the spring at the back. Its a counter balance spring. If its not there, replace the spring.

Customer: replied 4 years ago.
Found spring, it was on the floor under the washer.
Expert:  John replied 4 years ago.
Reconnect that spring it will fix the problem.
