To access it use a putty knife and press towards the back on both sides of the control consol to release the spring clips. Rotate the consol towards the back. You will then have access to the timer and other components inside the consol. The timer knob just pulls off and there are a couple of screws that hold the timer in place.

I'm sorry, please cancel this order. The instruction you provided did not work for me. I need a qualified (home) service person to do the repair. Someone to come and do the repair at my home, someone who will bring the necessary parts to complete the job. Thanks for your help.
