I have a Kenmore Model No. 110.26954690 90 series washing machine.

Resolved Question:

I have a Kenmore Model No. 110.26954690 90 series washing machine. The agitator quit suddenly. When I shut off the machine and started it again, it agitated briefly and quit once again. It sound as if the motor is working but isn't driving the agitator. Is this something that can be done DIY?

This machine has a wrap around shell

How is it removed then?

remove the console pop the 2 clips and the shell will FALL OFF

OK. I'm completely unfamiliar with washing machines. I've been know to take a lot of things apart and reassemble them, but this is new to me. I need a little more direction. Is the console the top part where the controls are?

The coupler looks relatively easy to replace. But, since it's the holiday weekend, I won't be able to do anything til Tuesday probably.
