Okay I know what the problem is on this it just seems like it's on slow the reason it is agitating slow is your agitator drive Bell is bad, these strip on the shaft of the transmission and they barely agitate it seems like it's in slow agitate all the time, this is located right underneath the agitator, just pull the agitator off sometimes this is difficult and you have to jerk it kinda hard to get it off, be careful you don't hit yourself in the face but it will come off, then there will be a bolt holding this part on, remove the bolt and Replace the Drive Bell, this part is real cheap it's $5.30 at the following link, click here
