Refrigerator is working fine !!

 

probelm is with the freezer its working but not freezing like no ice it show 24 degree its should be -5 normally

you might want to look at it and clean it ,that will make it not cool properly .

I do not think it is a refrigeration issue when the freezer temp is 24 degrees.

Take a vaccum cleaner and clean the coils .

this should be done atleast once a year .
