20 yr old gallery frontload washer doesnt drain. Tried turning

Hello, and thank you for using this service. I'll be helping you with your problem today.

You should be able to remove the lower front panel of the washer. There are 2 screws in the lower front and left corner of this panel that you can remove and then the panel will pull straight down, forward, and off. Now you can access the drain pump mounted to the floor under the tub. Unplug the washer and disconnect the hoses from the drain pump. Check the drain hose between the pump and the washer for blockages. Make sure to be ready for all the water in the washer to come out when you disconnect the hoses.

Remove all the debris you find inside and try to see if the washer will drain again. If it won't, then you need to check to see if you're getting power to the drain pump when it should be draining. If you don't have 120 volts, then you need to replace the timer. If you get 120 volts but it's not draining, then replace the drain pump because it's just faulty for one reason or another.
