At the top left in the fridge is a damper door it could be frosted up.Remove the cover and see if that damper is open or closed.

This is the damper control ,Frost build up is usually the problem.

Check that and let me know if thats the problem please.

I find no door or cover in the upper left
Expert:  John replied 5 years ago.

Remove cover inside frig at rear wall top with screw driver. Remove Phillips screws holding unit in place. Unclip connectors ,and replace in reverse order.

The part is where the cold air enters the fridge from the freezer.

I find no door or cover in the upper left . I finally got the cover off in the center top at the back- there is no cold air coming up and there is no frost also.
