Pull the fridge out and tell if the compressor is warm to touch and if the fan motor by the compressor is going please.

Hi john,

yes the compressor is warm. When I unplugged the refrigerator and then plugged it in again you could hear a click but the compressor didn't come on

don't know about the fan near the compressor? Don't see or hear it?

If it clicked when plugged in the relay should be replaced its the part that starts the compressor.
